Wolfgang Koch
Franklin Manor has great pleasure in
welcoming Wolfgang Koch as our
General Manager.
Wolfgang is a well-known and
respected member of the hospitality
and tourism industries, with over 35
years experience in Tasmania and
Victoria.
His diverse resume includes roles as
General Manager of Edgewater, Sal’s
Restaurant and the multi
award-winning Lemonthyme Lodge. His
past and continuing involvement with
industry bodies includes board
positions with THA and
West-North-West Tourism Association
and a number of key hospitality
organisations.
Known for his innovation, enthusiasm
and resourcefulness, Wolfgang’s vast
experience and vision marks an
exciting new chapter in the Franklin
Manor story.
