Welcome to our French-inspired breakfast crafted with Tasmanian produce. Every dish celebrates the union of French savoir-faire and the richness of small Tasmanian farms.

Our croissants and bread are made in-house, from scratch. We churn our own butter using cream from a local dairy farm and our Leatherwood honey whipped butter is a Tasmanian icon – floral, aromatic and rare. Enjoy breakfast at Charlotte’s and taste the difference.
